KEAK STUDIOS (Wedding and Engagement TC)

You are welcome to Keak Studios. We are a media coverage company focusing on Photography, Videography, and digital marketing.  Below are the terms and conditions for the services rendered by our Company. Your use of the Services indicates your acceptance of these Terms and your agreement to be bound by them. Acceptance of these Terms creates a binding contract between you and Keak Studios, whereby you agree to use the Services only in accordance with these Terms. If you have questions about these Terms, please contact Customer Support. Your use of the Services is entirely conditioned on and subject to your compliance with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not access or use the Services.

Payment & Refund Policies

We accept 50% as a deposit to secure or book a date with us. The payment can be made By Bank Deposit or by mobile money account provided by our representative. The other 50% of payments should or can be done a day before the event or on the event date. Kindly note that under no circumstance will any image or products be sent until full payment is made to the accounts provided. Kindly note that we do not accept any payment in installments aside from the methods listed above.

Style of Work

Your satisfaction is our number one priority. Keak Studios is made up of creative team members who deliver quality work. Over the years, we have developed a shooting style to suit client needs. However, if the client requests a style of shooting or editing, we reserve the right to charge that extra fee. On the date of the event, a team based on your package and location is sent to work on behalf of Keak Studios (Kindly note that a client cannot request for a particular member of the team unless need be and based on discussion with our Lead Manager).

Kindly note that each package comes with a number of team members and types of photography gadgets. Editing is handled by a team member assigned to us. In case the client is not pleased with the editing of work, the client can forward a complaint about revisions to be made based on discussion and our style of shooting and editing. We do not, under any circumstance, send raw files to clients after a shoot.

Kindly note that by the Copyright Act 2005 act (690), we reserve the right to post the contents of events we handle as a portfolio. However, a client can request that images not be published by request.

Every package comes with

  1. Selected high-end Edited Images (Remove blemishes, remove objects, fix skin colors, etc.) Bridal & Groom Prep, Exclusive photos, Prewedding.
  2. Edited images (Fixing Exposure and Color). Event Ceremony photos
  3. The Basic Package comes with one photographer.
  4. Jollof Package comes with one photographer and one Videographer.
  5. The Deluxe Package comes with One Photographer and two Videographers.

Clients can order extra team members or specifically requested gadgets like drones, 360photoCam, Livestreaming, and many more.

Kindly note Softcopies (Bridal & Couple Exclusives) have a cap based on the quality of images taken.

All Packages exclude transportation cost relating to the event (Prewedding, Engagement & Wedding).

– Video Work

Packages with the trailer come with a 30-second to 2-minute short video based on the type of event. Footages for video trailers need time; we will not be held responsible for any quality of work if there are delays or obstructions during the taking of the footage. The final video work is uploaded to Google Drive as delivery. However, a client can order a USB drive delivery at a cost

Upgrade and Downgrade Package Terms

Clients reserve the right to upgrade a package to their desired needs. Still, upon discussion with our Lead Manager, based on events or dates available on the selected date, a client cannot downgrade a package after the event date. However, clients can request extra items on the package stated as additional hard copies. Notice should be given 1-2 working weeks before the event date in case you are considering upgrading.

Cancellation

Payments made are not refundable upon cancellation of the booking. However, if the event date changes, we will reschedule to another date provided once that date has yet to be booked by another customer/client.

Kindly note that 30% of Booked fees are charged for every date changed. (Updated December, 2023) Previously 20%.

Prewedding Details

Pre-wedding

A date (based on discussion with us) is selected weeks before the appointed date for the images to be taken at a location recommended or chosen by the client. However, if the location specified by the client or photographer demands a cost for the location where the pictures will be taken, the client will be liable for that cost if agreed upon. However, we reserve the right to charge extra if the concept location demands an additional workload.

Watermarked Raw images are sent to the client 1-2 working days after the shoot via a cloud service to select the number of pictures as stated on the package chosen. However, a client can request more edited images at a fee of GHC300 for every 5 images. Final photos of pre-wedding are sent within 2-7 working days (Monday to Thursday), excluding weekends and holidays as when the photos were taken.

Basic Package 10 High-end Edited images (2 outfits max)

Jollof Package 10 High-end Edited images (2 outfits max)

Deluxe Package 12 Hight-end Edited images (2 outfits max)

Kindly note that under no circumstance will a prewedding be replaced with any other item if and when the prewedding photos are not taken.

A client is not eligible for a refund if they decide to book another photographer for the pre-wedding photos.

Delivery Details (Before December 2023)

Final soft copies of images are 2-3 working weeks.

Video Trailer “ 2-3 working weeks

Videos of ceremony 3-5 working weeks

Photobooks and frames delivery – 3-6 working weeks after all edited images are sent, not after the day of the event.

Delivery Details (After December Events 2023)

A couple(5-10) of images will sent to the client.

The rest of the Final softcopies of images will take 2-4 working weeks.

Video Trailer 2-4 working weeks

Videos of ceremony 3-6 working weeks

Photobooks and frames delivery 3-6 working weeks after all edited images are sent, not after the day of the event.

Event final delivery: We select photos for the album or frames by default; however, clients reserve the right to choose the images 3 days after the pictures have been sent via link. Kindly note that a third party handles photo books, albums, and frames, so such items will be delivered when we receive the finished products in case of any delays. The final works delivery estimate excludes Public Holidays or seasonal holidays.

Clients are encouraged to pick up their items on time from the designated points. We shall not be held responsible for any items lost after 23 days of delay in pickup.

Event Delays

Every package comes time-bound as stated on a package or discussed during the negotiation within the time frame given by the client. When the time exceeds what we or the client discussed or provided, the client is charged extra time starting at GHC250 per hour, depending on the type of event, time, and package. Keak Studios shall not be responsible for any delays or quality delivery caused by the client, family member, or any other vendor at the event.

Optional Packages

Any additional request made, excluding the stated items on the package, may or may not incur an extra cost to the client.

Receipt

A receipt is generated once every payment is made towards an event Full Name, Event Date, and Event Locations. On the receipt is stated transactions made with us. Kindly insist and request a receipt when payment or refund is made.
